A3: We provide free standard samples (our in-house designs) for quality checking, and you just need to cover the shipping cost. For custom samples made according to your design, we also offer them for free without any design fees.
Q4: How long does it take to make custom samples and mass production?
A4: Custom samples take 5-7 working days after design confirmation. For mass production, the lead time is 15-25 working days, depending on the order quantity.
Q5: Do you accept small trial orders? What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A5: Yes, we welcome trial orders. The minimum order quantity for trial is 30,000 pieces per item for all our paper napkins, cups and plates.
